Announcements

The Annual Report Process is Changing

In previous years, the annual report process has taken place between April and June. Cheryl McConnell, Ph.D., provost and vice president for academic affairs, has reenvisioned the annual report process as a mechanism for gathering progress made each year in support of Saint Joseph’s strategic plan, Thinking Anew, Acting Anew.  The process is currently being discussed by the University Leadership Council. A full communication of expectations will come later in June with the goal of collecting relevant information by August 1. In light of the University’s USciences integration planning efforts, the upcoming year goals will focus on delivering Saint Joseph’s student-centered education, approved strategic priorities and integration-essential activities. More details to come.

Reminder: HERI Administrative Staff Climate Survey

All University staff and administrative employees (full and part time) are invited to confidentially tell us about their experience on campus through the Higher Education Research Institute (HERI) Staff Climate Survey (SCS). The Staff Climate Survey will display in University systems and remain open until Friday, August 27, 2021. Results from the survey will impact future work on campus on topics of diversity, equity and inclusion. Read the announcement.
